Please continue to pray for our adoption process and also for an increase in our launch team.
Praise the Lord for the blessing of finding a location to hold our worship services.
Tyler and Kellie Penn are planting a Free Will Baptist church in Champaign, Illinois and are a joint project with the state of Illinois and Free Will Baptist Home Missions. Tyler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in pastoral training from Free Will Baptist Bible College. He pastored the First FWB Church in Decatur, Illinois, for ten years. Champaign/Urbana is a metropolitan area of more than 200,000 people. The University of Illinois is located there and enrolls the largest number of international students of all the public universities in the United States. More than 7,000 international students attended the school in the 2010/2011 school year. Please pray for Tyler, Kellie, and their children, Mason, Millie, and Madden, an adopted son who will be arriving in early 2012.

Please continue to pray for the Reeds as they minister in the Green Bay area.
John and Cheryl Reed are working as Joint Project Home Missionaries with the Home Missions Department and the state of Arkansas in planting a the Crossroads FWB Church in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Brother John has held pastorates in Arkansas, Virginia and Mississippi. Brother Reed is a veteran home missionary, having planted a Free Will Baptist church in Petersburg, Virginia. This is his second mission work. The Green Bay area shows a population of the city and surrounding county of 250,000 people, with the majority being in the range of 24 to 44 years of age. There are very few fundamental churches in this region of the country. This is a great area for outreach and ministry. John and Cheryl have three sons - John, Joel, and Joshua. It is wonderful to see more churches being planted in the state of Wisconsin.
