Keith and Janet Bartlett are Joint Project Home Missionaries with the state of California for the Castaic area, where they are participating in a new concept for Free Will Baptists known as the "Seedling Project." It is the goal of this mission church that after it has become established, workers may go out and plant more Free Will Baptist churches from this original project. Pray for the Bartlett's as they follow the Lord's leading in the ministry.
