Jay and Annette are participating in a Parenting Program for planting Free Will Baptist churches. Jay is the pastor of Townsend Free Will Baptist Church in Townsend, Delaware. Brother Baines and this church are joining together to plant a new Free Will Baptist church in Magnolia, an area of South Dover, Delaware. Jay will conduct services in both areas, supported by the Townsend Church. He graduated from Southeastern FWB College with a Bachelor's degree in Bible/pastoral theology with a minor in music. He is currently enrolled in a Master of Divinity program at Liberty University. Pastor Jay feels that it is important for the local church to be involved in church planting. The Townsend Church was started in the same way. The people are excited at the prospect of a hands-on church plant. Please pray for the Baines family as they minister in this area.
