Greg and Lea Floars are Joint Project Home Missionaries with the state of Michigan and are growing a Free Will Baptist church in Sawyer, an area of Marquette. It is located close to the Canadian border and is considered to be an isolated area for Free Will Baptists. Sawyer once served as an Air Force base. It closed down a few years ago, and now, the government has started developing it into a new community. At this time, there is only one Lutheran church located there. This presents a tremendous need and opportunity for establishing a Bible-believing church and Christian witness. Please pray for Greg and Lea and their family, as they continue to plant and establish a Free Will Baptist church in Michigan.
