Kenneth and Shirley Cooper are Joint Project/Associate Missionaries with Free Will Baptist Home Missions and the state of West Virginia. They will be planting a Free Will Baptist church in Glenville, West Virginia. Glenville, located in the exact center of the state, is in Gilmer County and has a population of approximately 10,000, including surrounding areas. It is also the home of Glenville State College. Bro. Kenneth has pastored in the state of Ohio and extensively in West Virginia, and brings a wealth of knowledge to this church plant.
