Chaplain, Major Richard G. Anderson is a Free Will Baptist Chaplian, assigned as a Protestant Chaplain Recruiter, Headquarters Air Force Recruiting Service (AETC) Randolph Air Forece Base, TX. As a Chaplain Recruiter, he develops strategic plans for active duty Protestant recruiting efforts and leads all Protestant recruiting personnel actions including inquiries, pre-qualifications, denominational management matters, as well as coordinates with national endorsing officials. As a "Visible Reminder of the Holy," Chaplain Anderson seeks to "Glorify God, Serve Airmen, and Pursue Excellence" in accordance with the teachings of the National Association of Free Will Baptists, Inc.
He holds a B.S. in Bible and SEcondary Education from Free Will Baptist Bible College, a M.Div. with Biblical Languages (Hebrew and Greek) from Beeson Divinity School of Samford University, and a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Pacific Western Univeristy. He is also a graduate of the United States Army Medical Department, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., specializing in Clinical Pastoral Education in accordance with the standards of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education. Currently, Chaplain Anderson is pursuing a D.Min. specializing in Military Chaplaincy from Temple Baptist Seminary, the graduate division of Tennessee Temple University.
Chaplain Anderson is a Tennessean who was ordained to the gospel ministry in June 1992. He has served as a pastor both in Tennessee and Alabama. He was commissioned as a military chaplain in August 1997.
Chaplain Anderson and his wife, Faith, have three children: Caroline Grace, who preceded them to heaven on June 5, 1999, Richard II ("Jack") born on August 18, 2000, and Jonathan Wesley born on July 3, 2002.

Chaplain Terry Austin grew up in Delaware and joined the Marine Corps in 1975 where he accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and answered the call to preach. After serving four years in the Marine Corps he attended Free Will Baptist Bible College in 1979 during which time he met and married the former Mona Jean Bozeman. Upon graduation he pastored in Arkansas and served as an assistant pastor in Alabama.
Desiring to be a National Guard chaplain he attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis and graduated with a Master’s of Divinity Degree in 1989. It was during a Missions Conference that he committed himself to the active duty chaplaincy. He was accessioned onto active duty in December 1989. He has represented Free Will Baptist during Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is still serving in the Army and assigned to the Washington DC area.
Terry & Mona currently live in Lorton, VA. They have two children, Adam and Tabitha who is married to SGT Christopher Crowley who also serves in the United States Army.

Chaplain John Carey grew up in Blanchester, Ohio, and was led to the Lord and baptized at the age of eight by his uncle, Rev. Wayne McDaniel, during a family vacation. Dr. McDaniel pastors First Free Will Baptist Church in Sylacauga, Alabama. McDaniel and his wife, Lucille, would later serve as guardians for John and his brother, Doug, after the death of the boys' parents. It is a tribute to God's leadership and Wayne and Lucille's walk with the Lord that both John and Doug serve as Free Will Baptist ministers today.
John joined the Army to serve his country and to obtain a college degree in 1986. After two years of active duty service, he joined the Tennessee Army National Guard, assigned to the 130th Rear Area Operations Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. As part of the 130th RAOC, John was activated and deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He joined the Army again as an active duty soldier in 1994, stationed at Ft. Riley, Kansas, until his discharge in 1997. During his time at Ft. Riley, John felt confirmation that God was calling him into full-time service in the chaplaincy, and completed his bachelor's degree.
John was accepted by the U.S. Army as a Chaplain Candidate shortly before leaving active duty in 1997. He attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Germantown, Tennessee, and graduated with a Master's of Divinity Degree in 2000. He began his service as a full-time, active duty Chaplain in July, 2000. John has served in the Global War On Terror in both Kuwait (Operation Enduring Freedom) and Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom II).
John is currently stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, and the family resides in St. Robert, Missouri. John is married to the former Vicki Lynne Sturgill, daughter of Jim and Vicki Sturgill, missionaries to Brazil. John and Lynne have two sons: Will, age 15, and Bobby, age 14.

He graduated from Free Will Baptist Bible College with a BA and received a MDIV in Christian Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. His immedaite family consists of his wife, Ginger, of eighteen years their daugthers, Sarah and Grace, and their son, Jonathan.
CH Kerr's battalion is made up of roughly 900 soldiers, whose commander is a devote Methodist. CH Kerr says that he is blessed to be apart of this war with a commander who has faith in Christ. Please pray for CPT Kerr has he ministers to his fellow soldiers.

Chaplain Spears was saved and answered the call to preach at age 18 in 1978. He attended Free Will Baptist Bible College from 1979-83. He met Wanda Collins at FWBBC in 1980 and married her the same year. After graduating from the FWBBC he attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN from 1984-91. Chaplain Spears and his wife, Wanda has three children – Rachel, Amanda, and Michael.
Bro. Spears pastored First FWB Church in Memphis, TN from 1990-93 and then entered U.S. Army Reserves as a chaplain in 1993. He entered active duty as a chaplain in 1995. Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel, Timothy M. Sturgill is the Deputy Command Chaplain, HQ AFMC/HC, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He is responsible for developing and managing the HQ AFMC/HC Strategic Plan as well as Chaplain Service programs and policy for all AFMC installations.
Chaplain Sturgill was commissioned a chaplain in September 1986 and is an ordained minister with the National Association of Free Will Baptists. In addition to his current position he has served as HQ AFMC/HC Chief of Policy, Plans and Programs, a Wing Chaplain, deployed Group Chaplain, Senior Protestant Chaplain, and the senior chaplain of the 1640th Provisional Wing during Operation DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM. He has also deployed to Africa as part of Operation UNITED SHIELD, the UN’s evacuation from Somalia, and to Sather Air Base, Baghdad International Airport, Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.

Raised in a small town in Northeastern Oklahoma, Chaplain Trimble is the middle child of a mid-western dairy farmer who raised his family to love the ministry and work of the Kingdom. Most of his love for nature and common sense comes from the many years on the family farm, working and enjoying creation.
Kevin went to college and received a degree from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College in Moore Oklahoma where he met his wife, Darla. They have enjoyed marriage and ministry together now for over twenty-four years. Their joy has been the raising of two great kids, Nathan and Rachel who have ‘emptied’ the nest. Nathan is a Junior at Vanderbilt College in Nashville, Tennessee, and is working hard in the Army ROTC program. Nathan has already graduated from Air Assault School, Air Borne School and Mountain Warfare. Rachel is a Sophomore at Free Will Baptist Bible College studying Psychology in preparation for a degree as a Speech Pathologist. Their dog, Duchess, just had her 13th birthday.
Chaplain Trimble’s wife, Darla is from the Belton, Missouri. Her family has spent many years in faithful service to the local church. For a number of years, Darla was very active in the local school system, wrote poetry and attended International Bible Study Fellowship. She is currently serving as the Resident Director for Polston Hall at FWBBC. Committed to the church work of Christ in everyday life she is lending skill, love, talent and excellence to the women at the college. She is active as a runner and is preparing for a half-marathon.
Chaplain Trimble holds a Doctorate in Theology and is currently working on an additional Master’s in Religion from Hillsdale FWB College. He has trained in Dale Carnegie, and numerous military training including Emergency Medical, Aviation, Safety and is active in preparing ‘Strong Bonds’ retreats for his soldiers.
He serves as the Battalion Chaplain of the 6th 101st CAB (Combat Aviation Brigade) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Leaving the pastorate after 20 plus years of successful ministry, Chaplain Trimble was ready for adventure and a place to serve men and women in crisis. The military provides just that. From the very first day until now, he is busy counseling soldiers and their families in the everyday issues of life.

Chaplain David Trogdon, a native of Fort Wayne, IN; received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pastoral Administration and Bible from Free Will Baptist Bible College, a Masters of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry Degree from Oblate Theological Seminary. He is a graduate of US Army Intelligence Center and School, Basic Noncommissioned Officer’s Course, Chaplain Officer’s Basic Course, Basic Airborne Course, and Clinical Pastoral Education. Ordained in the National Association of Free Will Baptists, he served as pastor for Tippett’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Clayton, NC for nine years.
Chaplain Trogdon first entered the Army as an enlisted soldier in 1979 and served until 1987. He also served in the Tennessee National Guard from 1987-1991 and the Army Reserves from 1991-1995. In 2000, Chaplain Trogdon returned to active duty as a Chaplain.
His previous assignments as a chaplain include: 1/50th Infantry Basic Training, Fort Benning, GA; 317th Combat Engineers, 3rd Infantry Division; Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, DC; and USA MEDDAC, Ft. Campbell, KY. His service includes deployments to Kuwait and to Africa for Operation Enduring Freedom, and to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Chaplain Trogdon’s military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, the Army Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, the Army Achievement Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters, the Presidential Unit Citation, the Army Good Conduct Medal (second award), the National Defense Service Medal (second award), the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal (second award), the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, The Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, The Korean Defense Service Medal, the Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (second award), the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon (second award), the Combat Action Badge, and the Parachutist Badge.
Chaplain Trogdon and Connie have been married for more than twenty-six years and have two children, Joshua (25) and Rebekah (20). They have also been blessed with a “perfect” grandson, Nathaniel (14 months).
