Chaplain, Lt Col Timothy M. Sturgill is the Wing Chaplain, 436 Airlift Wing, Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. He is responsible for the spiritual care for the combined C-5 and C-17 wing providing worldwide movement of high priority personnel and cargo. Dover AFB is home to DoD's largest aerial port, Dover Port Mortuary, the Air Mobility Command Museum, and a National Environmental Test Site.
